I own a small company which makes web designs/banners to companies. We outsource the work to freelance web designers. Now we have to send emails and everything, so we figured it would be easier to just have a site where they can log in and check for new jobs.
We need a system which makes it easy for us and 20 or so freelancers to publish the missions we get in a fast way. This is how it should go:
We get a mission
We post it on the site with description (we must be able to upload files)
20 or so freelancers have their own unique login
They see the mission and make it
When they are done, they upload their work so that we (the admins) can see it.
It should just be something simple with those qualifications. Does anyone know about something like that, or how to make it?
