First of all sorry that I speak in english on a Norwegian speaking forum :(

I live in Poland now but as a EU citizen I can come legally to Norway.

I have some savings prepared for that trip (not much but 25 000NOK) but before I jump into the plane I want to get any connections.

I know it's not that easy to find a job especially that I do not know any Norwegian or even Poles working in Norway. Therfore no one is going to rent me a flat till I will find a job. But to find I need to live somwhere and this is crazy circle.

What makes me different? I want to get any job as a labour worker in a factory or packing fish but I do also have computer skills, I created some websites so I can care for website of my potential employer as kind of gift ;)

xdex Thank you that you like my idea :) I really want to research before I decide to come to Norway.

Hei Dawid,

The only tip I could give you is to start learning Norwegian. Without any understanding of the language you would experience that it will be much harder to get a job. The language itself aren't hard to learn, and if you know german it is close up to that language. If you do some research on the Norwegian Google, you will see that the language is the "hurdle" for immigrants for getting a job here.

Of course it it to some point but in jobs like I am looking for there is no need to be a fluent speaker from the beginning right?. I know basic words and phrases and I am learning language.

Hei Dawid,

I am working at a factory where there are 3 polish guys working. They are all talking (not fluent) norwegian. The easiest way to get a job in norway is if you can take a holiday to said country. You will more or likely meet or find some polish working in norway on your "holiday". The good stuff of being a member in the EU is that if you find a job during your holiday, you dont have to return, as long as your employer guarantee for you here in norway.

Just be prepared to take some real lousy jobs and rates before you get to someone that will tell you you're rights and demands in norway. BTW... as staying in norway(after getting a job) you have the right and duty to go through 600 hours with norwegian in school (yeah, its for free).

Thats great but I dont know anyone here so I will just pass.

Or maybe I will come to pick strawberries. You dont need to speak language to do that right?

Hey Dawid! Do you have any skills in web design? CSS, HTML5 and so on? If so, I'm in need of a good designer for å project I'm working on.

Do you have a website? Your YouTube video was set to private so I couldn't watch it.

Regards
Frode
